On the Chevrolet Trax, it covers only the 2025 model year: GM's filing does not include the 2024 Trax or the 2026 Trax in this recall's population. The defect is the rearview camera. GM's filing says the screen may show a distorted or blank image instead of what's actually behind the vehicle. That reduces the driver's view and raises the risk of a crash.
